★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an unfortunate and unsatisfactory experience with regard to being charged 50 euros for an hour's use of insoles in hired boots, we were reluctant to revisit Riml. However on returning to Obergurgl a couple of weeks later and spending time looking around the various ski shops we had to conclude that Riml offered the best choice, value, quality and service.
My partner was considering purchasing new skis and was given excellent advice and assistance by the staff; he was able to try 3 different makes of ski over 3 days (without charge) and then bought a pair of Head skis, which with the 50 euro refund for the insoles and the waiving of the hire charge, made the price comparable to buying online. We would certainly recommend and will return to Riml Sports. Thank you for your brilliant service.
