Auf meine Frage, was er denn da hätte kam eine barsche Antwort, dass die Kugellager erneuert gehören! Zuerst alles in Ordnung und dann neue Kugellager?? Auf meine Frage, ob er mir das zeigen kann, bekam ich folgende Antwort: Des hert‘ ma und wenn’s das net jetzt Hearn, dann in ein paar Monat’. Nach dem Service roch es stark nach Öl. Ich rief die FA an. Die unfreundliche Sekretärin schrie mich an, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Betreffend meiner Frage wegen der Kugellager bekam ich folgende Antwort: Na und, wegen de poar Euro. Ich bat telefonisch und schriftlich, dass mich der Betriebsleiter anrufen soll. BiS heute hat er dies nicht getan! Die Rechnung bekam ich und sie ist wesentlich höher als in Wien! Fazit : inkompetent, teuer, unzuverlässig und unfreundlich! I would have the annual maintenance. The installer told me everything was fine. Suddenly I see him walking to the car with a part. Conclusion: incompetent, expensive, unreliable and unfriendly!
