Wenn ich für eine Reinigungsleistung monatlich (horend) abrechne, die dann vielleicht einmal im Jahr erbracht wird, kann man nur vermuten, wo diese Gelder versickern – beim neuen Geschäftswagen der Hausverwaltung hätte ich da aber eine Idee. Bei Auszug wird hier versucht, fristgerechte Kündigungen nicht anzuerkennen und den Mieter noch länger im Verhältnis zu halten. Reparaturen am Haus muss man als Mieter quasi selbst durchführen, da die Hausverwaltung nicht im Stande ist, innerhalb von 3 Monaten einen Rauchmelder oder eine defekte Lampe auszuwechseln. Als wäre das nicht schon genug, wird man vor dem Haus noch unfreundlich und unverschämt angesprochen, wer man sei und was man hier mache – als Mieter wohlgemerkt. Von dem her eigentlich 0 Sterne, aber das bietet Google leider nicht an.

When moving out, an attempt is made here not to recognize timely cancellations and to keep the tenant in proportion for longer. Repairs to the house have to be carried out as a tenant, since the property management is unable to replace a smoke detector or a defective lamp within 3 months. As if that weren't enough, you are addressed in front of the house in an unfriendly and outrageous manner, who you are and what you do here - as a tenant, mind you. Actually 0 stars, but unfortunately Google doesn't offer that.

Von der ersten Besichtigung zum Einzug und später, weil uns die Wohnung zu klein wurde, zur Kündigung. Fr. Thaler war immer freundlich und erreichbar - > neuer Geschirrspüler, Herd und Kühlschrank wurde umgehend von ihr zur Bearbeitung veranlasst. Das manche Sachen nicht so schnell Vonstatten gehen, wie man es gerne hätte, liegt nicht immer in der Hand des Einzelnen, daher finde ich, tut man Fr. Thaler mit den negativen Bewertungen unrecht. Auch sollte man den Mietvertrag richtig lesen, Reparaturen bis zu 200,- € sind vom Mieter zu übernehmen. Also wie gesagt, bei uns war alles super - > vielen Dank Fr. Thaler
Very professional and nice contact.
From the first inspection to moving in and later, because the apartment was too small for us, to termination. Mrs. Thaler was always friendly and available -> new dishwasher, stove and refrigerator was promptly processed by her. The fact that some things don't happen as quickly as you would like is not always in the hands of the individual, so I think you're doing Fr. Thaler wrong with the negative reviews. You should also read the rental contract properly, repairs up to €200 are the responsibility of the tenant. So as I said, everything was great for us -> thank you Mrs. Thaler
