Mit Unterstützung der ganzen Familie Hilbinger - Rettensteiner gibt es übers Jahr viel selbstgezogenes Obst und Gemüse und Großereignisse von der Taufe bis zur Zehrung werden hier professionell zelebriert. Danke! Eva Hilbinger cooks with great attention to detail - modern, beautiful and, above all, good! Dining with friends and family is a highlight here. With the support of the whole Hilbinger - Rettensteiner family, there are plenty of home-grown fruit and vegetables throughout the year and major events from baptism to ceremony are professionally celebrated here. Warm welcome from the only non-smoking hotel in the region in 2017! Eva speaks English very well and goes out of her way for her clients, well done!

Wir haben eine Nacht in einer sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht und am nächsten Tag ein sehr leckeres Frühstück, bei dem es an nichts gefehlt hat, bekommen! Unsere Gastgeberin war auch sehr nett und auf Anhieb sympathisch! Wir haben uns im Wirtshaus Hilbinger sehr wohl gefühlt! In den Ort Hollenstein haben wir uns auch sofort verliebt! :-) We rode the Ybbstal cycle path with our kids in July and spent a night in the Hilbinger inn. We spent one night in a very lovingly furnished holiday apartment and the next day we got a very delicious breakfast that wasn't missing anything! Our hostess was also very nice and personable right away! We felt very much at home in the Hilbinger tavern! We immediately fell in love with the town of Hollenstein! :-)

Sehr gute Abendküche. Hollenstein - a nice little place that benefits from the Ybbstal cycle path. Overnight in one of the newly renovated rooms. Nice new room and good breakfast. Very good evening cuisine.

Die Besitzerin war ausgesprochen gastfreundlich, kochte am Abend noch für uns (auch vegetarisch kein Problem) , obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste im Wirtshaus und in der Pension waren. Die Zimmer sind mit gutem Mix aus Alt und Neu ausgestattet. We were there with our bikes in the summer. The owner was extremely hospitable, cooked for us in the evening (also vegetarian no problem), although we were the only guests in the inn and in the guesthouse. The rooms are furnished with a good mix of old and new.
