M	Monika P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine Reise nach Zakynthos gebucht. Wollten nicht direkt im Partyleben aber doch in der Nähe vom Strand ein Hotel haben. Uns wurde das Ilaria Hotel in Laganas vorgeschlagen. Zum Hotel selber, das ist ein eigenes Thema. Aber ich hätte es sehr hilfreich gefunden wenn uns schon einmal gesagt wird das wir unbedingt ein Auto brauchen. Sonst ist man im Hotel gefangen und sieht nichts von der Insel. Des weiteren wurde uns gesagt. Einfach über die Straße und in 5 Minuten ist man am Meer. Wichtige Info wäre gewesen das genau dieser Strand gesperrt ist weil dort Schildkröten ihre Eier ablegen. Man kann sogar mit einer Strafe rechnen. Also wir fühlen uns absolut nicht gut beraten bei diesem Urlaub. 2017 waren wir in Ibiza und alles war perfekt gebucht. Natürlich auch von einer anderen Dame. Aber diese falschen Auskünfte ärgern einem sehr im Urlaub. We booked a trip to Zakynthos. Did not want to have a hotel right in the party life but close to the beach. We were offered the Ilaria Hotel in Laganas. The hotel itself, this is a separate theme. But I would have found it very helpful if we are ever told that we absolutely need a car. Otherwise you are trapped in the hotel and see nothing of the island. Furthermore, we were told. Just across the street and in 5 minutes you are at the sea. Important info would have been that exactly this beach is closed because there turtles lay their eggs. You can even expect a penalty. So we absolutely do not feel well advised on this vacation. In 2017 we were in Ibiza and everything was perfectly booked. Of course, from another lady. But this false information annoys a lot on vacation.

Mein geplanter Rückflug wäre der 5.4. gewesen, wobei die Myanmar Reise durch den Veranstalter leider aufgrund der Vorkommnisse abgesagt wurde. Ich bekam kurzfristig via email noch die wichtige Info dass Thai Airways die Flüge nach Wien schon früher einstellen und konnte den Rückflug dann noch umbuchen. Advice for a longer short-term Asia trip was top with good tips. The support from the Corona crisis was also in order. My planned return flight would be 5.4. been, whereby the Myanmar trip by the organizer was unfortunately canceled due to the events. I received shortly via email the important information that Thai Airways would stop flights to Vienna earlier and could then rebook the return flight.

Die Beratung im Reisebüro war super, es wurde uns ein wunderschönes Hotel empfohlen. Auch all unsere Kundenwünsche wurden erfüllt.
