★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triangel was referred to us by a close friend who grew up in Salzburg, and we were not disappointed! Be sure to call ahead and make a booking, as on the weekend evenings it was absolutely full. The service was great, food delicious - we loved the specials and substituting truffle mashed potatoes with our mains. All around a wonderful, archetypal Austrian experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set just off the busy main streets, the outdoor area is bathed in sunshine and has a good atmosphere. The service was friendly and the food came fairly quickly. I was slightly disappointed with the tenderness and of the lamb and found it a little bland, but it was still adequate. Unfortunately the polenta was too much like soup for my liking. The goulash and Knödel were however both tasty. The indoor area has a quaint charm and the toilets have doors like aeroplane bathrooms, sadly they smell just as good. Overall okay, but perhaps a bit pricey for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit or miss with the order. Braised pork belly was good with an oriental taste, but the 'veal' dish ( more like beef) is tough to eat. Carrot+ginger+chilli soup was great.
Food served in a heart's beat time with good service from the waiters.

Unfortunately, last time the waiter was quite rude and arrogant and it was a bit disappointing.
Luckily, the food is really amazing!
