T	Thomas Hohenadl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten habe ich mich so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Das Essen ist sehr gut, das Personal hilft wo es geht und ist Super freundlich. Das Restaurant ist Stielvoll eingerichtet mit Schnick Schnack aus der Kaiserzeit. Einfach Toll hier werden auch Zauberschows oder Diner and Crime angeboten sowie die legendäre Kulinarische Reise des Alt Wiener Schmankerlreise die ich jeden nur sehr Empfehlen kann. I have seldom felt as comfortable as I did here. The food is very good, the staff help wherever they can and are super friendly. The restaurant is stylishly furnished with knickknack from the imperial era. Simply great, magic shows or Diner and Crime are also offered here, as well as the legendary culinary journey of the Alt Wiener Schmankerlreise which I can only highly recommend.
A	A.M. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren hier gestern auf der Alt,-Wiener Schmankerl-Reise und wurden auf ihr von Fr. Wrana sehr gut, freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam begleitet. Das Menue mit den Weinen und dem Ambiente waren ausgezeichnet und ist auf jeden Fall unbedingt empfehlenswert. LEIDER hat uns der Portier des Hotels durch seine Manieren, die eines gewöhnlichen Droschkenkutschers würdig wären, ganz schnell wieder auf den Boden der Realität zurück geholt. Ich hatte lediglich vergessen die Maske aufzuziehen (mein dreifacher Impfstatus wurde allerding zu Beginn des Abends schon überprüft). Der Portier (oder doch nur Pförtner?) nahm dies zum Anlass, mich quer durch die gesamte Lobby anzuschreien. Dies war ich von den Angestellten guter Häuser bisher nicht gewohnt und wird mir nachhaltig, als besonderes Schmankerl, in Erinnerung bleiben. :-( We were here yesterday on the Alt-Viennese delicacies trip and were accompanied on it by Mrs. Wrana in a very good, friendly, courteous and attentive manner. The menu with the wines and the ambience were excellent and is definitely recommended. UNFORTUNATELY the porter of the hotel brought us back to reality very quickly with his manners, which would be worthy of an ordinary cab driver. I had only forgotten to put on the mask (although my triple vaccination status was already checked at the beginning of the evening). The porter (or just the porter?) took this as an opportunity to yell at me across the entire lobby. I was not used to this from the employees of good houses and will remain in my memory as a special treat. :-(

Essen war super frisch! Man wird hier auf Händen getragen. Man sollte auf jeden Fall hier hin gehen!!! Wenn ich 10 Sterne geben könnte - würde ich 20 geben . Can't say anything about it! No matter how, where and when... it's a dream! Super super friendly service! Very very friendly! You can exchange ideas. Food was super fresh! One is carried on hands here. You should definitely go here!!! If I could give 10 stars - I would give 20 .
S	Susana Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valeu pela comida, típica de Áustria, e estava muito boa. Mas o espaço, apesar de estar tudo limpo , estava um pouco triste. Vazio e luzes apagadas num salão enorme. Depois quando chegaram mais pessoas ligaram as luzes todas e pareceu melhor. Foi tudo bom mas podia ter sido melhor. Thanks for the food, typical of Austria, and it was very good. But the space, despite being clean, was a little sad. Empty and lights out in a huge hall. Then when more people arrived they turned all the lights on and it looked better. It was all good but it could have been better.

If you take their 7-course menu you can sample almost the entire range of Viennese cuisine (don't worry about the amount of food as the portions are not big). The staff are old fashioned, traditional and friendly.
