It is not located in the heart of the old vienne but close enough and not far from a metro station and the line 4 can get you straight to the opera or Schonbrunn.

A piece of old Vienna frozen in time that seems to appeal to senior guests as I could see during breakfast. Incidentally, their coffee is truly undrinkable, not a nice way to start your day (for that they would deserve one star). Staff polite if somehow a bit stiff, perhaps also a touch of times long gone.

The room was a good size and our room had a large bathtub to relax in after a day walking around Vienna. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would return here again if visiting Vienna.

Great room, fabulously set up heritage design and service staff who have been working there for ages who make you feel like you are home each time you return. The bar and restaurant staff are just first class. I hope the new staff especially the front office staff continue to pick up valuable skills from the amazing veterans. keep it up hotel Stefanie!
