In my opinion, the experience you get as a guest in the Kliemstein restaurant goes far beyond that of a "normal" restaurant visit. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, the food tastes excellent and is also extremely well presented - the eyes are definitely feasting. Personal requests (e.g. no offal) are already included when making the reservation, so that nothing stands in the way of a successful evening. Marginal feedback: The online table reservation on the website does not take opening times into account - there may still be room for improvement here (you should not be able to select days on which the restaurant is closed). Bottom Line: A very exquisite and successful evening.

GRANDIOS New Year's Eve 2019/2020 at Kliemstein VinoVitis Linz 13 courses of pure pleasure, I still lack the words 3 days later. To start with the bites: Deer liver praline, pulpo sobrasada praline, sour cream parfait and pickled char The bread course is also great. The tastes of olive oil were recreated with creams, vegetables, fruit, salad - great idea and never experienced before. Unfortunately forgotten to take pictures, but according to Mr. Müller this course is also available in January. The sturgeon in the smoke, the Japanese beef, etc. ... just to rave about. The toadstool made of tonka bean and cherry captured my culinary heart and all other courses in a highly creative and tasty way. My husband was delighted with the wine accompaniment (12 top wines from around the world) and the credited Bordeaux Chateau Figeac 1995 for the main course. TOP price-performance ratio - were in Vienna last year and paid twice. Thanks to all Kliemstein cooks who spoiled us in the service and kitchen and brought us an extraordinarily beautiful end of the year.

Had reserved for a dinner for two. Special requests (e.g. a non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment) were responded to without hesitation and fulfilled to the fullest satisfaction. The dishes were consistently excellent, the wine selection great in that special variations (e.g. excellent Bulgarian Merlot) of well-known dishes are served. All with a lot of character and an experience in themselves, very well coordinated with the dishes. The service was extremely friendly and courteous, time was taken for questions and drinks and dishes were described in detail. Gladly again and definitely worth a recommendation.

A perfect, successful evening with my husband at Kliemstein. Ambience and service very relaxed and cozy. The food is excellent and the wine selection is international. We were well served by the entire team. Here the boss and every employee from the kitchen and service come to the table and every course has been explained. For me the best restaurant in Linz. And price / performance is right here in any case. A highlight in Linz's gastronomy. We will be back.

We had the 6-course menu with wine accompaniment, the food was perfect, never eaten better! My partner and I were pampered with culinary delights, fine cuisine with very courteous staff and excellent knowledge of the food and drinks that were served. The wine accompaniment was also excellent and was always suitable for the respective course. We would like to come again!
