Not only is the food amazing, the hosts are very friendly, welcoming and professional. The menu is well curated, and the owners are always open to recommend and explain their dishes.
Jakob’s Esskultur is a must!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here on the advice from our host and we had a wonderful meal. We enjoyed lunch so much we returned the next night for dinner. Jacob is very hardworking and patiently explained how he procured some of the ingredients for his meals. I highly recommend this restaurant (especially the raspberry dessert).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was just a fabulous, cozy restaurant with an owner that is delightful. The food was absolutely amazing--best steak I have ever had!! Make sure to make a reservation early as it's a very small place. All 3 of us loved our meals. The bread was excellent too. I don't know how the owner does it-he is running around serving everybody yet completely retains his cool. Bravo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect restaurant. The food is amazing in my opinion the best restaurant in all of Salzburg. Jacob and his wife give you an experience of food and hospitality above and beyond. All the dishes we tasted were perfect and the wine matched just right. The score of the restaurant 10.
