Geburtstag) 12 Tage im Voraus gemacht (siehe Bild) zu der von dem Restaurant nie eine Rückmeldung bekommen habe. Um sicher zu gehen einen Tag davor angerufen, wo es sich herausgestellt hat, dass das Restaurant meine Anfrage anscheinend nie bekommen hat (sic!) und das sowas zum ersten Mal passiert ist (sic!). Was ich ausserdem noch erfahren habe, dass das Restaurant am Sonntag gar nicht geöffnet sei, was zwar auf der Webseite erwähnt wird, aber aus irgendeinem Grund das Reservierungssystem eine Tischbestellung für Sonntags erlaubt. Anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, nennt die Dame am Telefon nur einen weiteren Grund warum ein Besuch nicht möglich ist, und zwar weil das Restaurant sowieso voll ausgebucht wäre. Hätte das Essen sehr gerne ausprobiert, aber nach einem so unprofessionellen Umgang mit einem potentiellen Kunde, bei dem der Schuld auf den Gast geschoben wird einfach kein Lust mehr. Es hätte schon einfach gereicht, Entschuldigung zu sagen, anstatt den Schuld direkt auf den Kunde zu schieben. Essen: ? Sterne Service: 0 Sterne Unfortunately not even made it to the restaurant ... I made a table reservation for the restaurant (30th birthday) 12 days in advance (see picture) about which I never got a response from the restaurant. To make sure I called the day before, where it turned out that the restaurant apparently never got my request (sic!) And that this was the first time something like that happened (sic!). What I also learned that the restaurant is not open on Sunday, which is mentioned on the website, but for some reason the reservation system allows you to order a table on Sundays. Instead of apologizing, the lady on the phone gives just one more reason why a visit is not possible, and that is because the restaurant would be fully booked anyway. Would have loved to try the food, but after such an unprofessional deal with a potential customer, where the blame is placed on the guest, simply no longer feels like it. It would have been enough to just say sorry instead of putting the blame directly on the customer. Eat: ? Stars Service: 0 stars
