★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude crew working at restaurant horbergbahn. One of their employees took my card and used it to make a contactless payment. Which is illegal in my country anyways. I didn't get a receipt, and had to ask for one. After checking my bank account i saw a that they charged 1 euro extra on top of my bill. When i asked them what the extra money was for they reacted very irritated and could not explain me why i had to pay extra. Even the chef of the place reacted that this is "just normal". And waved me goodbye without an answer. Very shady business with terrible customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IT is possible to pay here with a bankcard, but you do not get a receipt and without telling you they charge you 10% more then when you pay in cash. This is not how it should be I think, the prices of the drinks are not so cheap to justify this behavior.
Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good have been a great spot for enjoying a ski lunch. Unfortunately two things put me off: 1) I saw a guy which was serving in restaurant getting out of toilet without washing hands. 2) when I've asked for spaghetti another guy just use bare hands to put them on the plate....
