★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has become significantly worse over the last few years. Service changes frequently due to the hotels bad treatment and you notice it based on the behaviour of some of the people in service.
Regular guests which have been there for years are less welcome than before. The new generation of hotel owners are overcome with greed and this is especially noticeable for guests who have come to the hotel for years, even decades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest hotels I have been in Austria... not the cheapest, but a romantic weekend with the wife is pure luxury and the wellness was effective - I came back years younger :-) !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Hotel I've ever experienced. Huge Hotel complex almost completely out of Wood. Gives one the feeling that one is at home, while living a supreme wellness, spa, restaurant and service. Also if you love horse back riding, this hotel is a "must-stay".
