G	Gerhard R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei einem Treffen mit Freunden konnten wir letzten Samstag in einem gemütlichen und sehr geschmackvollen Ambiente unser Frühstück genießen. Bei dem reichlichen gedeckten Frühstücksbüffet findet sich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Ham and Egg, Eierspeise und weich gekochte Eier werden frisch zubereitet und vom freundlich, umsichtigen Personal serviert. Die COVID Hygienemaßnahmen werden penibel eingehalten. Alles top und empfehlenswert! Jederzeit wieder At a meeting with friends last Saturday we were able to enjoy our breakfast in a cozy and very tasteful ambience. The rich breakfast buffet has something for every taste. Ham and egg, egg dishes and soft-boiled eggs are freshly prepared and served by the friendly, careful staff. Nach einer 1/4 h sitzen im Gastgarten habe ich mir selber bei den Kellnerinnen eine Karte geholt. Etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten danach hat sich eine größere Gruppe hingesetzt und ist sofort, quasi noch während dem Hinsetzen, bedient worden während wir keines Blickes gewürdigt wurden. Ist mir so noch nie passiert, bin ich auch nicht bereit zu tolerieren. Dementsprechend kann ich weder über die Speisen, noch über die Getränke was sagen. Nur der Service war für uns so nicht akzeptabel. PS: es muss auch gesagt werden, dass sehr wenig los war und nur ca 3 Tische belegt waren. What a shame! We wanted to have a nice dinner tonight. After a quarter of an hour sitting in the garden, I got myself a card from the waitresses. About 5 to 10 minutes later, a larger group sat down and was served immediately, almost while we were sitting down, while we were not even looked at. If it has never happened to me like this, I am also not ready to tolerate. Accordingly, I can't say anything about the food or the drinks. Only the service was not acceptable for us. PS: It must also be said that very little was going on and only about 3 tables were occupied.
A	Armin Stegmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr modern, und gleichzeitig heimelig. Eind tolle Kombination. Man fühlt sich gleich willkommen und mag gar nicht mehr gehen. Das essen ist vorzüglich, und raffiniert, wenn mir auch ein wenig zu wenig, Gewürzt. Aber das kann das erlebniss nicht trüben. Alles im allem ein ,, Must Try ,, Very modern, and at the same time cozy. A great combination. You immediately feel welcome and don't want to leave. The food is excellent and refined, if a little too spicy for me. But that cannot spoil the experience. All in all a must try

Wohne schon lange in der Gegend, aber diese Perle ist mir bisher leider entgangen. Absolute Empfehlung. Hier stimmt einfach alles: top Qualität, kreative, aber trotzdem bodenständige Gerichte, wunderschönes Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal. Mein neues Lieblingsrestaurant. Es soll sonntags auch Brunch geben. Den werde ich als nächstes probieren :-). An absolutely great restaurant. Have not eaten so well in a long time. I have lived in the area for a long time, but unfortunately I have missed this pearl so far. Absolute recommendation. Everything is just right here: top quality, creative, yet down-to-earth dishes, wonderful ambience and very nice staff. My new favorite restaurant. There should also be brunch on Sundays. I'll try that next :-).
M	Mizzi Rüsselchen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich in der Bachstelze war, dann weiß ich, ich sollte öfter auswärts essen - in der Bachstelze essen. Wer gerne gut ißt, und Fleisch aus der Region essen möchte, dem sei die Bachstelze besonders ans Herz gelegt. Wir hatten leider nicht reserviert, und durften in der Hotel-Lobby an einem Tischerl ein Glas Wein vorab genießen, bis der Tisch frei war. (Corona-Zeiten, alles nicht einfach.) Man hat sie auch dort liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Dankeschön! If I've been to the Wagtail, then I know I should eat out more often - eat at the Wagtail. If you like to eat well and want to eat meat from the region, the wagtail is particularly recommended. Unfortunately we hadn't made a reservation and were allowed to enjoy a glass of wine at a table in the hotel lobby in advance until the table was free. (Corona times, everything is not easy.) They also lovingly took care of us there. Thank you very much!
A	Armin Stegmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 11 Monaten wieder hier. Und... es hat sich nichts geändert. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr sehr nett. Diesmal haben wir auch 2 Nächte im Hotel gebucht. Mir gefallen schon allein die zwischen Gänge mit verschieden Treppen zu den Zimmern. Aber das Zimmer selber ist mit den rustikalen Balken und den hohen Decken sehr gemütlich. (Wir sind hier im 3ten Stock also weiß ich nicht wie die anderen Räume aufgebaut sind) Nun zum Essen.. Das Restaurant ist eine Mischung aus gemütlich & modern. Das Essen.. nun seht euch die Bilder an ... aber natürlich sieht es nicht nur gut aus. Ich muss sagen das Beeftata war sensationell, selten so ein fein abgestimmtes gegessen. Die Suppe und der Nachtisch waren natürlich auch sehr gut, und alles war sehr aufwendig aber nicht überladen angerichtet. Das Hauptgericht (Bachseibling) war perfekt gebraten und sehr lecker. Mir hat nur ein wenig der Pepp gefehlt, aber das liegt warscheinlich an mir, da ich offensichtlich sehr stark gewürztes Essen gewohnt bin. Alles im allen bin ich wieder einmal positiv überrascht. Vorallem wegen dem netten Personal das schon beim Empfang glänzt und sich durch nette Ideen und Freundlichkeit auszeichnen. Aber auch ein Lob an die Kellner und auch einen herzlichen Gruß an die Köche/innen. Ihr alle zusammen macht einen Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Erlebniss.. Danke Back here after 11 months. And ... nothing has changed. The staff is really, really nice. This time we also booked 2 nights in the hotel. I just like the one between corridors with different stairs to the rooms. But the room itself is very cozy with the rustic beams and the high ceilings. (We are here on the 3rd floor so I don't know how the other rooms are set up) Now to the food .. The restaurant is a mixture of cozy and modern. The food ... now look at the pictures ... but of course it doesn't just look good. I have to say the Beeftata was sensational, rarely eaten such a finely balanced meal. The soup and dessert were of course also very good, and everything was very elaborate but not overloaded. The main course (brook ibling) was perfectly fried and very tasty. I was just missing the pep, but that's probably because of me, as I'm obviously used to very spicy food. All in all, I am once again positively surprised. Mainly because of the nice staff that shines at the front desk and is characterized by nice ideas and friendliness. But also a compliment to the waiters and a warm greeting to the cooks. All of you together make a stay a wonderful experience .. Thank you

I really recommend restaurant Bachstelze, the staff is so wonderfully friendly and the food absolutely filling and full of flavor! We look very much forward to coming back soon!
