★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for business in Kapfenberg and surrounding. Remarkable parts are first of all the personnel, they love what they are doing, the restaurant is one of the best in town and I do appreciate the breakfast, it is hilarious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to Stay, excelent Room, wide, warm and clean. The excelent breakfast is served in classical woody architechure. Plenty of choices from continental, American or vegetarian breakfast. Recomend the bio eggs with natural yogurt, and a slice of seed bread with blueberry juice. Enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms pretty basic but clean. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillow too. only one pillow provided which made sleeping difficult. the blinds were more like lightfilters and I woke before 6am due to daylight coming in. the bathrooms are really good. no facility to have a cup of tea or coffee in the rooms which I found a bit strange. Even more strange was the fact that the dining and breakfast room and bar were all situated in one big room with simple room dividers put up. The guests were allowed to smoke at the bar and the tables, rather annoying for non-smokers and for sure not good for the staff.
the staff was very friendly and helpful but I didnt rate the food all that good. All a bit too greasy for my liking but then it was local cuisine so cant knock it.
all in all I wouldnt stay there again and cannot recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night for business. Very clean and staff was very helpful. We had dinner in the evening which was very tasty. Breakfast was very good Atwell with option to order eggs your way from the waitress. We had a late lunch from a smaller menu which was as good as dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing hotel, me & my partner absolutely loved our stay. Staff are so friendly and warm welcoming, great room service. Best breakfast buffet! Rooms are spacious, comfortable sleeping: good mattress & pillows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. The house itself is quite old but with a special atmosphere. You either like it or hate it. The rooms are basic, but clean and with everything you need.
Staff is very friendly and the food is superb. Overall not your typical touristic destination, but well worth a visit.
