★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent hotel... The location, the ambience, and the rooms are all great... The staff was really nice and very helpful... The breakfast was really awesome.. they have a great cook who prepares awesome cakes and a very diverse breakfast spread.. it was a great experience and I would almost certainly love to come back again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK, first the accomodation. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use a fresh coating, but they are clean and fresh!
The bar and buffet area are more modern.
The buffet was way better then expected and daily fresh.
Now the best part, the STAFF. At the time of our stay, this place was mainly runned by 2 girls.
Both did a crazy good job at running this place and giving you as a guest a warm and welcome feeling.
This place won't be the same without these 2. Give them a raise! Oh and they sure know how to make an Aperol Spritz!
I'm not sure how this area performs in the winter. I'm not sure I would return for a summer hike but if this area had more to offer, I would without doubt come back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely impolite manager and staff, who in the third day of our holiday started to charge us for the tap water at the dinner. Also if you didn't arrive in the first 30 min since dinner started, you may be left with very few choices ( being an opened buffet) for your meal.
Even more, a dirty towel left on the bathroom floor was folded and put back on the shelf !
Very disappointing !
