Die erhaltene Preiseinschätzung ist kompetent und vertrauenserweckend verfasst und eine sehr gute Grundlage für unsere weiteren Überlegungen zu einem möglichen Verkauf der Wohnung. Mr. Brehm came to see us for a price assessment of our apartment. He took his time and dealt with the existing documents about the apartment in detail, explaining pluses and minuses in a comprehensible way. The price estimate received is written competently and inspires confidence and is a very good basis for our further considerations regarding a possible sale of the apartment.

Upon request of an apartment viewing, I got the appointment in less than 24 hours for the apartment I was interested in. Ricarda Rabold was the person I dealt with and she was excellent, fast, professional and her responsiveness was key for me to decide that the apartment they were showing was the right one for me. Ricarda helped me negotiate with the landlords and despite tenancy agreements in Austria are only made in German, Ricarda made an English version for me to understand what was being under negotiation.
