Bei Fragen wird schnell geholfen und als Neuling muss man keine Angst haben denn man wird herzlich Aufgenommen. Jeder Zeit wieder! The early training sessions are a perfect way to start the day. War schon in vielen Martial Arts Klubs aber hierher geht man jedes Mal gerne hin wegen dem Gesamtpaket. Excellent BJJ club with great coaches and a great atmosphere! Die Trainer sind stets auf dem neuesten Stand, talentiert und unglaublich freundlich. Die Trainings machen super viel Spaß und sind sehr vielfältig. Was den Club von anderen unterscheidet ist, dass man als Einzelner gesehen wird und in seiner/ihrer Individualiät geschätzt wird. Es herrscht außerdem stets ein wertvoller Umgang miteinander und man fühlt sich als Frau sowohl beim BJJ Girls als auch beim BJJ Mixed sehr wohl aufgehoben. Sehr empfehlenswert! I've been attending women's fitness, as well as BJJ training, for a few months now and I leave every training with the biggest smile. The trainers are always up to date, talented and incredibly friendly. The trainings are great fun and are very diverse. What distinguishes the club from others is that you are seen as an individual and your individuality is valued. There is also always a valuable interaction with each other and as a woman you feel very much at home with both BJJ Girls and BJJ Mixed. Highly recommended!

Der Trainer legt viel Wert auf die Kenntnisse und Grenzen der Trainierenden und fordert und fördert sie in einem sehr angemessenen Maße. Ein tolles Trainingserlebnis! Excellent! The gym is clean and orderly, the people are friendly, supportive and competent.
