★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recall when the refurbishment happened here; not so long ago that I'm still find myself struck by how fresh and well decorated it is.
It's essentially a glorified canteen, but that glorified bit really matters here- this has been a very good and welcome investment in your comfort.
The spaces, though all large - outside terrace; main hall and slightly more gemütlich stube, are all welcoming and well appointed.
The kitchen/servery area is one of the best I've seen in its class. The quality of food: excellent - being clean and appeallingly presented makes a huge difference.
