★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and friendly staff, but food was unfortunately absolutely laden with salt, to the point where we pulled a solidified salt crystal out of the fondue. Wedges were nice, but again... Absolutely drowned in salt. Piste basher ride up and down was cramped - insisting on 5 per row when there was barely room for 4 adult females, we ended up with half our party sat on people's knees.
So in summary, staff were very nice, food was edible but 25% salt, and piste basher ride was probably dangerously overcrowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember this place. We stopped here for lunch. I shared a lunchtime meal of potatoes, meat and eggs with my friend and it was OK. And my other friend walked around in her batman bra. Nice setting watching everyone ski down the slope..and then we skied off ourselves. Another St Anton mountain bar...it's what makes this place fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got two bottles of water that had been opened complained (no words were spoken by the restaurant). I watched them put our bottle back on the self only to be given another from the shelf that had also been opened.
Was charged €19 for two beers and one water which is way more than advertised on there menu.
And the place stinks inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stop while skiing down from Rendl ski area. Cheerful and fast service. Great local food, brought right on your table few moments after being ordered. Stylish interior, nice terrace and great oldies music. Please mind that payment is possible only in cash. Every Thursday and Friday You can have fondue and get transported from the restaurant by snow mobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, bummed that this place doesn't have better reviews. The bifang is located on the run down to St. Anton from the Rendl area and is a great stop for some food. You can make reservations for dinner pre-COVID and catch a snow-cat ride up and back from the base.
We stopped here for an early lunch on our recent trip and it wasn't crowded and we got seated immediately. There were several of us and we tried a variety of their dishes, but most of us tried their Venison (deer) stew special that was recommended by our waitress. It turned out to be a great recommendation as the venison was absolutely delicious and the potatoes deserve a special mention.
The owner also maintains an extensive wine list and my group was absolutely raving about the selection, quality, and price of the options. It was so good that many members of the group returned on later days just to enjoy a drink.
Overall this is a very under-rated restaurant and I'd recommend stopping in for some food and tasty beverages anytime.
