My 2nd visit in 10 years. Very good selection. Beautiful building. They have a nice mix of trams, buses and underground. Interactive displays both good for kids and adults.

Cool museum. You have what to see. Too bad that most of the teams are closed, but, I guess, they want to preserve them. You also have a lot of history and pictures and movies that explain the period and how the times when these were in production looked. Kids also have some things that would teach them about AC and DC, how teams are built and how they function and also a underground train simulator that rates your performance. All in all, a good 3-4 hours well spent.

Pretty large museum with a nice collection of old tramways, some information on the subway system. Some interactive exhibits about electricity. Our 3 year old daughter loved it, although it would be nice if they opened up more tramway, so visitors could see the inside. A place with a changing table would also be nice.

Great museum to visit with kids. Lots of interesting historical facts about Vienna. Well organized and informative. Easy to reach by public transport or car.

Really family friendly and informative. If you've fallen for the great public transport here in Vienna then this is definitely worth a visit. If you've paid for the year-card then you get 2 tickets for €7, which is an absolute bargain and we'll worth it. Most of the museum is indoors so it might be something to do on a rate rainy day.

A must for anyone interested in trams and public transport. For those who speak English, most of the signs are translated.

Very neat to see the history of tram/subway in Vienna! Not all of the signs are translated into English, but enough to learn a lot. Don't go in the heat of the summer - no AC and very little air flow.

If you like trams then you MUST visit. You can't go inside most of the trams which is a shame, and it's hard to view the insides. Some of the signage is also in English, but not consistently. The staff were enthusiastic about the trams, and gave a lot of extra information. Entry was included in the Niederösterreich Card which was a plus.
