M	Mihaela Zec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl wir den Besichtigungstermin kurz zuvor bestätigt haben, wurden wir einen Tag davor nochmals per SMS gefragt, ob denn dieser noch gilt. Da wir mit Baby unterwegs waren, sind wir drei Minuten verspätet angekommen und wurden exakt eine Minute nach vereinbarter Uhrzeit angerufen, wo wir denn bleiben. Hilfreich wäre in diesem Fall eine genaue Weg- und Parkplatzbeschreibung gewesen. In dem Besichtigungsobjekt angekommen, wurden wir schroff auf die zu unterschreibenden Unterlagen auf dem Tisch hingewiesen, die bereits vor der Wohnungsbesichtigung zu unterschreiben seien und die vertragliche Bindung über die zu bezahlenden Prämien bei einem potentiellem Kauf sowie die Anwaltswahl zur Vertragserrichtung beinhalteten. Dies wurde als reine Formalität beiseite gewischt ohne über den Inhalt und die Folgen ansatzweise zu sprechen. Der Maklerin wäre eine schnelle Unterschrift (3 Stück) ohne nähere Erläuterung am liebsten gewesen. Es handle sich quasi um die Bestätigung der eigenen Daten und die Erlaubnis diese elektronisch zu verarbeiten (DSGVO). Darauf von uns hingewiesen und über die unübliche Praxis sich bereits vor Besichtigung festzulegen, wurden wir aus der Wohnung katapultiert, da dies gängige Praxis sei und vom Chef der Maklerin so verlangt wird. Although we had confirmed the viewing appointment shortly beforehand, the day before we were asked again by SMS whether it was still valid. Since we were traveling with a baby, we arrived three minutes late and were called exactly one minute after the agreed time, where we are staying. In this case, it would have been helpful to have precise directions and parking space descriptions. Arriving at the property to be inspected, we were abruptly pointed out to the documents on the table that had to be signed before the apartment inspection and contained the contractual commitment regarding the premiums to be paid for a potential purchase as well as the choice of lawyer to draw up the contract. This was brushed aside as a mere formality without even beginning to talk about the content and consequences. The broker would have preferred a quick signature (3 pieces) without further explanation. It is basically a confirmation of your own data and permission to process it electronically (GDPR). When we pointed this out and made a commitment to the unusual practice before the inspection, we were catapulted out of the apartment, as this is common practice and is required by the agent's boss.
