★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe im November 2018 von der Firma Hörhager meine Eigentumwohnung übernommen. Nach mehreren Bauschäden im gesamten Haus (feuchte Wand im Keller, Mauerriss in meiner Wohnung, undichte Dachrinne etc.) wurde die Hausverwaltung UND der Bauträger (selbe Firma) mehrmalig!! darüber informiert. Seit 2 Jahren erhalte ich keine Antwort bezüglich Reperatur des Schadens in meiner Wohnung. Ich kann die Firma Hörhager absolut nicht weiterempfehlen!!!
I took over my apartment from Hörhager in November 2018. After several structural damage in the entire house (damp wall in the basement, wall crack in my apartment, leaky gutter, etc.) the property management AND the developer (same company) was repeated several times! informed about it. I haven't received an answer regarding repairing the damage in my apartment for 2 years. I cannot recommend Hörhager at all!
