★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erster Kontakt mit REMAX nach ca. 6 Jahren. Die Maklerin war leider unkommunikativ -- wichtige Informationen wurden während der Besichtigung nicht kommuniziert, und sie antwortet nicht auf alle E-Mails. Das empfinde ich als sehr ärgerlich. Sie war unprofessionell, weil der Ton ihrer E-Mails schlicht unpassend war. Im Großen und Ganzen war es eine unangenehme Erfahrung. Zum Glück wurde ich im DAVE Verfahren überboten, denn das Geschäft hätte ich äußerst ungern über REMAX gemacht.
Nachtrag 1: Habe nach langer Wartezeit eine E-Mail von der Maklerin erhalten. Sie geht nicht auf Fragen ein, und lässt Fragen einfach unbeantwortet. Stattdessen verweist sie einfach auf Links in der Webseite von REMAX, die aber keinen Bezug zum eigentlichen Problem haben. Das finde ich unprofessionell.

First contact with REMAX after approx. 6 years. The agent was unfortunately incommunicable - important information was not communicated during the tour and she does not respond to all emails. I find that very annoying. She was unprofessional because the tone of her email was simply inappropriate. On the whole, it was an uncomfortable experience. Fortunately, I was outbid in the DAVE process, because I would have been extremely reluctant to do the deal via REMAX.
Addendum 1: I received an email from the broker after a long wait. She doesn't answer questions and just leaves questions unanswered. Instead, it simply refers to links on the REMAX website, which, however, have no relation to the actual problem. I find that unprofessional.

Auch wenn es aus eigenen Gründen nicht zu einem Abschluss (für mich) gekommen ist will ich den professionellen Zugang, die Engagierte Arbeitsweise und fachlich kompetente Betreuung von Fr. Lang hervorheben. Sie hat stehts die Interessen von beiden Seiten vertreten. War immer erreichbar, hat keine Preistreiberei oder Verkaufsdruck ausgeübt.

Even if I did not get a degree (for me) for my own reasons, I would like to emphasize the professional approach, the committed way of working and technically competent support from Ms. Lang. Takiego agenta nieruchomości jeszcze nigdy nie mialem
Kobieta przesuwała góry żeby dostać sie do ksiąg do dokumentow ,papierow , ta Pani zrobila wszystko . Zawsze była gotowa udzielić informacji lub zrobić tak abym ta informacje dla mnie uzyskać .
