F	Franz Zaufall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht empfehlenswert. Ich habe zwei Echtholz Küchenarbeitsplatten in Auftrag gegeben, wobei bei einer eine plane Abwasch einzubauen wäre. Ich habe sogar die Abwasch zur Verfügung gestellt um zu einem sauberen Ergebnis zu kommen. Nach der Lieferung musste ich feststellen dass der Ausschnitt nicht plan gefräst wurde sondern lediglich mit der Säge ausgeschnitten wurde, wodurch die Abwasch nicht plan sondern aufgesetzt einbaubar war. Das Kommentar lautete dass das nicht fräsbar ist weil sonst das Holz ausfranzt. Diese Info hätte ich gerne bei der Auftragsannahme erhalten. Nach diesem Vorfall stellte sich die Firma taub und reagierte auf keinen Kommunikationsversuch. Nie wieder! Unfortunately not recommended. I have commissioned two real wood kitchen worktops, one of which would have to incorporate a flat sink. I even made the dishes available to get a clean result. After the delivery, I had to find out that the cutout was not milled flat but only cut out with a saw, which meant that the dishes could not be installed flat but mounted. The comment was that this cannot be milled because otherwise the wood will fray. I would have liked to have received this information when accepting the order. After this incident, the company pretended to be deaf and did not respond to any attempt to communicate. Never again!
S	Simone F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the work itself was OK (new window), workers did not appear in the scheduled time frame (obviously I took time off to be at home as scheduled) and we had to reschedule a second appointment. I was surprised to receive two invoices from them fully charging me for both appointments when it was THEM not showing up on time at the first appointment. When I wanted to negotiate with them about the second invoice, I got a threat email from them that they'd go to court. While knowing I was right, I was just bothered so I still paid. Maybe it makes sense to go to "Verbraucherschutz".
