Einfach Vornamen in euer System eingeben und mich als Käufer finden. – Ich sehe keine Vorteile bei DAVE (Digitales Angebotsverfahren). Ich war zwar der Höchstbietende, das war der Verkäuferseite jedoch zu wenig. Daraufhin trieb man den Preis mit einem Gegenangebot in die Höhe, während der REMAX-Makler fleißig zuschaute. Nicht sehr professionell. – ACHTUNG: Vor der Übergabe immer alle Heizkörper und Geräte prüfen, davor nicht das Übergabeprotokoll unterzeichnen!!! Es wurde der Käuferseite von REMAX eine Wohnung mit einer funktionierenden Ausstattung angeboten, versprochen und verkauft. Direkt nach der Übergabe schaltet man den Kessel ein, prüft die Heizkörper sowie die Geräte in der Küche und diese funktionieren nicht!!??!! + Bei Fragen zur Immobilie schnelle Rückmeldung vom Makler Hello REMAX team, the date of purchase of the apartment in Tennengau: 3.9.20.
