M	Maflex Zenninger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Google kann man leider nicht mit „0 Pkt“ bewerten...die Erfahrung mit Maximilianhof hat mich belehrt, nicht an „mündliche Zusage“ zu glauben. Ich bin froh dass ich endlich nicht mehr da wohnen muss. Eigentümer hält nie an der Zusage, im Haus herrscht doppelte Hausordnungen dass die Mieter extrem schlecht behandelt werden aber Eigentümer genießen weiterhin uneingeschränkte Freiheit, der Begriff „Erziehung“ anscheinend hier nicht wichtig zu sein: im Haus ist extrem laut Tag und Nacht, Kinder laufen schrecklich um, Hausparty bis 3 Uhr morgens trotz Polizeianzeige, Müllkonteiner ständig voll, Wohnungstür wird bei Abwesenheit der Mieter trotzdem aufgeschlossen, Überwachungskamera werden trotz Ablehnung der Mieter installiert, bei Kündigung der Wohnung wird letzter Cent aus deiner Tasche gezockt...etc..... Man soll sich 2 mal überlegen before hierher zu kommen. can be seen on Google not rate "0 point" ... the experience Maximilianhof has taught me not to believe in "verbal commitment". I am glad that I finally do not have to live there anymore. Owner never stops at the commitment in the house there is double house rules that the tenant be extremely badly treated but owners continue to enjoy unlimited freedom, does not seem to be important, the term "education" here in the house is extremely noisy day and night, children running terribly order house party until 3am despite police display Müllkonteiner constantly full, front door is unlocked in the absence of tenants anyway, surveillance camera be installed despite rejection of the tenants, upon termination of the apartment last penny out of your pocket is gambled ... etc .... , One should think twice before coming here.

Auch dies ist nur sehr zu empfehlen - Maximilianhof Immobilien legt viel Wert auf Professionalität, Ordnung und Sauberkeit - dies widerspiegelt sich auch ganz stark im optischen Erscheinungsbild ihrer Immobilien. Ganz besonders die Grünflächen sind immer hervorragend gepflegt ebenso wie die perfekte Organisation des Winterdienstes. Einfach nur TOP! We always felt well advised, with any questions and inquiries. Especially about the quick responsiveness and professionalism from the inquiry to the rental (or purchase meanwhile :-)) We also lived in the Maximilianhof for a few years. This is also highly recommended - Maximilianhof Immobilien attaches great importance to professionalism, order and cleanliness - this is also reflected very strongly in the visual appearance of their properties. The green areas in particular are always well maintained, as is the perfect organization of the winter service. Just TOP!
