Vom ersten Moment an hatte ich das Gefühl, bei dieser freundlichen und äußerst Kompetenten Dame richtig aufgehoben zu sein. Sie ging mir vollends auf meine Wünschr ein und erledigte auch jede noch so kleine Anforderung mit bravur. Daher dauerte es nicht lange und ich hatte ein perfekt zusammengestelltes Urlaubspaket angeboten bekommen. Ich kann dieses Reisebüro mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würde meinen Urlaub jederzeit wieder dort buchen. I had a holiday booked in this travel agency last fall. From the first moment I had the feeling that I was in good hands with this friendly and extremely competent lady. She fully complied with my wishes and took care of every little request with flying colors. So it didn't take long and I was offered a perfectly put together vacation package. I can recommend this travel agency with a clear conscience and would book my vacation there again at any time.
