All employees are extremely friendly and competent. Also the workshop, very clean and friendly staff. Neat work, everything checked and adjusted. Perfect. Da bekommt man schnell den Eindruck, dass man besser die Finger davon lässt. Aber weit gefehlt. Reifen Team West kann ich ausdrücklich empfehlen. Kompetent, kundenorientiert, professionell. So far I have had the tires changed at my workshop, but they cannot be stored. So googled for tire stores in Salzburg. You quickly get the impression that it is better to keep your hands off it. Nach Terminvereinbarung flűssige Abwicklung+ die Radschrauben wurden auch tatsächlich mit dem Drehmomentschlűssel angezogen, Auflage und Gewinde gegen Korrosion behandelt! Grosses Lob! Good advice! - The recommendation coincided 1: 1 with my research, i.e. H. high professional competence! After an appointment, liquid processing + the wheel bolts were actually tightened with the torque wrench, the support and thread were treated against corrosion! Great praise!

Lange Wartezeiten, sowohl auf Termine als auch beim Reifenwechseln, ich wurde von der Mitarbeiterin "zurechtgewiesen", sogar gefragt, "ob nein Termin eingeschoben wurde", da meine Reifen nicht vorbereitet waren (mein Termin wurde 1 Monat vorher ausgemacht), also Freundlichkeit konnte ich nicht feststellen, also im Büro, weder bei der Dame noch bei dem Herren, der mich davor "bedient" hat. Allerdings: bis auf einen großen kräftigen Herren in der Montage waren alle anderen Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen kompetent, freundlich, schnell. An denen sollte sich das Büro mal ein Beispiel nehmen. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the consistently positive, even enthusiastic reviews here. My last 3 experiences were unfortunately not that great. Long waiting times, both for appointments and when changing tires, I was "rebuked" by the employee, even asked "if no appointment was inserted" because my tires were not prepared (my appointment was made 1 month in advance), so friendliness could I can't find it, so in the office, neither with the lady nor with the gentleman who "served" me before. However: with the exception of one big, strong man in the assembly department, all the other employees were extremely competent, friendly, and quick. The office should take an example from them.
