★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte soeben 4 Stück Reifen für einen Q7 bestellen, hatte aber leider die Dimensionen nicht sofort zur Hand. Nach ca. 2min. hatte ich aber alles was wir brauchten, aber die Dame am Telefon war schon sehr ungehalten und mässig freundlich. 2 min. später hatte ich dann das Telefonat freundlich beendet, da scheinbar telefonisch nicht sehr gerne beraten wird. Die Gegenseite hat dann ohne Verabschiedung einfach den Hörer raufgeknallt. Schade, aber Kundenservice stelle ich mir anders vor, vor allem in dieser Reifenpreisklasse. Aber gut, jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag.
 Just wanted to order 4 pieces of tires for a Q7, but unfortunately didn't have the dimensions at hand right away. After about 2min. I had everything we needed, but the lady on the phone was very angry and moderately friendly. 2 minutes later, I ended the phone call in a friendly manner, as they do not seem to like to advise on the phone. The other side then simply slammed the phone up without saying goodbye. It's a shame, but I imagine customer service to be different, especially in this tire price range. But well, everyone has a bad day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlampige Pfusch Arbeit bei einem Motorrad - Hinterreifen Alufelge 18" wurde total vermurxt/verbeult.. Wurde komplett verschwiegen und nichts gesagt.. Aber 143euro verlangt.. Nächsten Tag beim Putzen bemerkt und reklamiert . Keine Antwort erhalten.. Das sagt alles über die Mitarbeiter .. Firma.. Monteure.. und natürlich die Geschäftsinhaber aus .. ABSOLUT unfähig.. NICHT zum empfehlen
Sloppy botch work on a motorcycle - rear tire aluminum rim 18 "was totally messed up / dented .. Was completely concealed and nothing was said .. But 143euro required .. Noticed and complained next day while cleaning. No response received .. That says everything about the employees .. company .. fitters .. and of course the business owners from .. ABSOLUTELY incapable .. NOT to be recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Lage, Preise sind okay, an der Kundenfreundlichkeit könnte man noch etwas arbeiten, könnte aber auch dem Stress der an dem Tag herrschte geschuldet gewesen sein

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Service! Ich hatte gestern einen Reifen an einer Bordstein - Kante beschädigt und wir wollen übermorgen in den Urlaub fahren. Obwohl die Werkstatt voll ausgelastet war, wurde mir sofort die defekte Stelle an der Flanke vulkanisiert. Ich wollte die Reparatur bezahlen, aber die Werkstatt wollte kein Geld, weil es eine Kleinigkeit ist und weil es eine Service - Leistung für ihre Kunden ist. Vielen Dank für den schnellen Service!
Top service! Yesterday I damaged a tire on a curb and we want to go on vacation the day after tomorrow. Although the workshop was at full capacity, the defective area on the flank was immediately vulcanized. I wanted to pay for the repairs, but the workshop didn't want any money because it was a minor matter and it was a service for their customers. Thank you for the quick service!
