★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry but someone needs to teach these people how to communicate with a customer or a bit of kindness. No one asks anything in this shop. Maybe I didn"t like the price, or i want anything extra such as balancing, rims cleaning etc. Just like a machine they just change tyres, that's all. Even in the office I waited like 15 min. and no one asked what for I am there, if I want to pay etc. Or even just a "welcome" word wouldn't be really hard. It is kinda place with voiceless people which is very strange to be honest.
On the technical side they are also not good i think. Even though it is written on my car that tyres should be 250kPa at minimum, they gave with 225. Of course again without asking how much i want! They used the old tyre bags which could be not a drama (even though I would prefer new) but if wouldn't recognize they were putting the tyres on the clean side, so dirty side was outside which could cause oil dirt on the seats. Of course no one said sorry and they just laughed. I asked if they make wheel alignment adjustment but no one has an idea what it is! I am repeating it is a tyre shop and they even don"t know what is wheel alignment adjustment! They're so much interested and masters in the topic they make money. To sum up never ever Fischer Reifen!
