★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte heute einen Termin und war paar Minuten zu spät. Der Chef ist total ungehalten und unfreundlich geworden, obwohl ich seit 4 Jahren mit all meinen 5 Autos zu ihm reifen wechseln gehe.
Sehr enttäuschendes Service & nicht zu empfehlen. Ich gehe ab jetzt zu Reifen Ritz in Traiskirchen, wo ich höflich und freundlich empfangen wurde.
 I had an appointment today and was a few minutes late. The boss has become totally angry and unfriendly, although I have been changing tires to him with all of my 5 cars for 4 years.
Very disappointing service & not recommended. From now on I will go to Reifen Ritz in Traiskirchen, where I received a polite and friendly welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnelle und vorallem freundliche Hilfe, ohne Termin! JEDOCH: Leider nicht fachgerecht durchgeführt.
Reifen wurde jedoch nicht abmontiert und kontrolliert, ÖAMTC hat mir den Reifen mal genau so geflickt, kostenlos und den Gatsch weggeschnitten.
Fast and above all friendly help without an appointment! HOWEVER: Unfortunately not carried out properly.
However, the tire was not dismantled and checked, ÖAMTC repaired the tire for me in exactly the same way, free of charge and cut away the sludge.

War nun schon zum dritten Mal dort weil ich scheinbar ein besonderes Talent für eingefahrene Nägel im Reifen habe :))
Der Schaden wurde sehr schnell behoben und ich konnte nach 10 Minuten weiterfahren. Hierfür ein besonderer Dank, da derzeit Hochbetrieb aufgrund der in Kürze geltende Winterreifenpflicht, herrscht.

Was there for the third time because I seem to have a special talent for running in nails in the tire :))
The damage was repaired very quickly and I was able to continue driving after 10 minutes. Special thanks for this, as there is currently a lot of traffic due to the upcoming winter tire requirement.
