C	Cornelia Schönhuber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war im Oktober 2020 für drei Wochen zur Reha in Alland. Seither habe ich fast 12 kg abgenommen und fühle mich fit und gesund wie seit Jahren nicht mehr. Die Informationen und die Motivation die dort vermittelt werden, haben mich auf den Weg gebracht, endlich meine Ernährung zu kontrollieren und mich regelmäßig zu bewegen. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, der Probleme mit Gewicht und Stoffwechsel hat, einen Aufenthalt im Rehazentrum Alland zu machen. Noch kurz zum Haus: Obwohl das Gebäude an sich schon etwas älter ist, habe ich mich vom ersten Tag dort wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal (Reinigung, Küche, Service, Therapie und ärztliche Versorgung) sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war jeden Tag sehr gut und man konnte täglich auswählen, was man zu den Mahlzeiten haben möchte. Von der Jahreszeit her habe ich den perfekten Monat erwischt- die bunten Buchenwälder ums Haus machen richtig Lust aufs Bewegen in der frischen Luft, auch wenns mal ein wenig neblig ist. I went to rehab in Alland for three weeks in October 2020. Since then I have lost almost 12 kg and feel fit and healthy like I haven't in years. The information and the motivation that are conveyed there set me on the way to finally control my diet and to exercise regularly. I can only recommend anyone who has problems with weight and metabolism to stay at the Alland Rehabilitation Center. Briefly about the house: Although the building itself is a bit older, I felt comfortable there from the first day. It is very clean and the staff (cleaning, kitchen, service, therapy and medical care) are always friendly and helpful. The food was very good every day and you could choose what you want with your meals every day. In terms of the time of year, I caught the perfect month - the colorful beech forests around the house really make you want to move around in the fresh air, even when it's a little foggy.
