S	Sa Scha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe Probleme zwischen L4 und L5. Sollte 10 Sitzungen abhalten, wobei die 1. nur das Gespräch mit dem Arzt ist. Behandlung ab der 2. Sitzung. Heilgymnastik kann nicht durchgeführt werden weil die Gewichte an den Geräten zu schwer sind. Also Physio mit Massage, Schwellstrom und Moorpackung. Massiert wird mein Hintern mit einer Hand, die andere Hand liegt auf meinem T-Shirt, meine Frau wird sich freuen die Fettflecken auswaschen zu dürfen. Beim Schwellstrom wird nicht gesagt ab wann der Strom fliesst, es wird einfach aufgedreht und dann noch mit einer Stärke wo ich mich krümme. Frage dazu :" Kann ich stärker ?" Moorpackung : Sollte eigentlich warm sein. Wird mir 2x ohne Vorwarnung kalt auf den Rücken geklatscht. Noch dazu keine Moorpackung sondern irgendein graues, schlitziges Zeugs. "Behandlerin" (Therapeutin kann das keine sein) geht genervt nach dem 2. Klatscher. Unnötig, daher breche ich ab. Will neue Termine mit richtigen Therapeut. "Nach Therapie!" - "Ich habe abgebrochen weil unfähig." - "Müssen warten, Termine Pause!" Wollen die überhaupt Geld verdienen ? An mir sicher nicht, war das letzte Mal dass ich dort war. Unfähig bei Therapie, unfähig bei Terminvergabe, und Deutschkenntnisse sind auf einer Baustelle in Rumänien noch besser ... Got problems between L4 and L5. Incapable of therapy, incapable of making appointments, and knowledge of German is even better on a construction site in Romania ...
D	Dogville M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über die Jahre hinweg mache ich den 3 Therapiezyklus in dieser Einrichtung. Die Terminvergabe und Organisation scheitert leider an einer einzigen Dame bei der Annahme, die es sich zum Hobby gemacht hat, mit Patienten zu streiten, ob sie nun schon aufgerufen wurden sind oder nicht. Teilweise wird seitens der Dame unverschämt fälschlich behauptet, man sei zu spät gekommen, obwohl das nicht der Fall war, wie es auch in anderen Rezessionen zu lesen ist. Bei mir war es heute das dritte mal. Ich habe bereits angemeldet im Warteraum gesessen und nach diesen 20 Minuten behauptet wurde, ich wäre vor 10 min aufgerufen worden und nicht da gewesen. Selbiges konnte ich bereits mehrmals beobachten. Beispielweise hat ebenfalls heute eine Patienten, welche nach 45 Minuten warten im Warteraum, darüber informiert wurde, dass sie angeblich 5 Minuten zu spät war, wutentbrannt ihren Terminblock zerrissen. Der voll gestopfte Warteraum ist in Corona Zeiten auch nicht das Gelbe vom Ei. Positiv möchte ich erwähnen, dass ein netter Therapeut sich dann erbarmt hat und einen Großteil meiner Therapie durchgeführt hat. I have already registered in the waiting room and after these 20 minutes it was claimed that I had been called 10 minutes ago and had not been there. I have already seen the same thing several times. For example, also today a patient who, after waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, was informed that she was supposedly 5 minutes late, furiously tore up her appointment block. The crowded waiting room is also not the yellow of the egg in Corona times. On the positive side, I would like to mention that a nice therapist then took pity and carried out a large part of my therapy.

Die Mitarbeiter und Therapeuten geben ihr bestes und sind sehr bemüht, hatte noch nie ein Problem mit Terminen. I can't understand the bad reviews. The staff and therapists do their best and try very hard, never had a problem with appointments.
S	Sarah Spirescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles eigentlich immer top. Jetzt MUSS die Stromtherapie im sitzen gemacht werden. Ist dies der Fall, spüre ich keinerlei Strom, wo er sein soll, sondern ein Stechen im Arm. Der Chef meinte dann, obwohl der Strom dann ausgeschaltet war, dass alles in Ordnung sei und ich ja sehen würde, dass der Strom laufe. Veräppeln kann ich mich selbst. Ich gehe mal stark davon aus, dass ich die nicht erfolgte Sitzung zahlen soll. Everything is always great. Now the electricity therapy MUST be done while sitting. If this is the case, I don't feel any electricity where it should be, but a sting in my arm. The boss then said, even though the power was then switched off, that everything was okay and that I could see that the power was on. I can kid myself. I strongly assume that I should pay for the session that was not held.

Empfang und Terminvergabe unfreundlich und unfähig.Im Warteraum und Empfangsbereich ist es sehr laut, so dass man oftmals nicht hört, wenn man aufgerufen wird. Einrichtung total veraltet und die Vorhänge bei den Kabinen voll Flecken und verschmutzt. Ergotherapietermin wurde einfach abgesagt - als ich einen neuen Termin wollte, wurde mir ein Termin in 3 Wochen angeboten. Stromtherapie wurde so durchgeführt, dass die Elektroden nicht angeschlossen waren. Dies wurde erst gemacht, als ich darauf aufmerksam machte. Dame bei der Terminvergabe isst lieber ihre Jause, als ihrer Arbeit nachzugehen und ist zudem sehr unfreundlich. Geworben wird mit dem Fitnesscenter, das anscheinend modern eingerichtet ist, denn dies ist ja auch privat zu bezahlen, Kassenpatienten müssen mit primitiver, nicht sehr sauberen Einrichtung vorlieb nehmen. Dieses Institut ist nicht zu empfehlen! Once and never again! Reception and appointment scheduling unfriendly and incapable. It is very loud in the waiting room and reception area, so that you often cannot hear when someone calls you. Furniture totally outdated and the curtains in the cabins full of stains and dirty. Occupational therapy appointment was simply canceled - when I wanted a new appointment, I was offered an appointment in 3 weeks. Electric therapy was administered with the electrodes disconnected. This was only done when I pointed it out. The lady who makes appointments prefers to eat her snack than to go about her work and is also very unfriendly. The fitness center is advertised, which is apparently modern, because this is also to be paid for privately, patients with health insurance have to put up with primitive, not very clean facilities. This institute is not recommended!
C	Cathrin Paersch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur positives berichten. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Zugegeben, die Dame bei der Terminvergabe ist ziemlich resch und spassbefreit. Aber vielleicht bringt das der Job mit sich. Bei manchen Patienten kann ich das voll verstehen. Traurig nur, dass viele Patienten die Bemühungen der Therapeuten (zb mit einem kleinen Trinkgeld) nicht honorieren. Vielleicht würden Kästchen für jeden Therapeuten im Eingangsbereich helfen, falls Patienten das Trinkgeld nicht persönlich überreichen möchten. Ich kann zu dem gesamten Team nur gratulieren. I can only report positive things. The whole team is very friendly and hard-working. Admittedly, the lady who makes the appointment is pretty quick and fun. But maybe that comes with the job. With some patients I can completely understand that. It's just sad that many patients don't appreciate the efforts of the therapists (e.g. with a small tip). Perhaps boxes for each therapist in the entryway would help if patients don't want to hand over the tip in person. I can only congratulate the entire team.
