★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte Probleme mit der Heizung (heizte nicht) und ich rief hier an, weil die Hausverwaltung diese Nummer am schwarzen Brett angegeben hat. Ich musste einen Termin vereinbaren. Es wurde mir zwar am Telefon erklärt, wie oder was ich nachsehen sollte, konnte dem aber nicht folgen. Der Termin war aber schon am nächsten Tag. Der Techniker war schnell fertig. Ich war zufrieden mit dem Service.
 I had problems with the heater (did not heat up) and I called here because the property management has indicated this number on the bulletin board. I had to make an appointment. Although it was explained to me on the phone, how or what I should look, but could not follow. The appointment was already the next day. The technician was done quickly. I was satisfied with the service.
