Von 10 kontaktierten Dienstleistern war ein EINZIGER erreichbaren ; obwohl der Mitarbeiter sich am Nachmittag abgemeldet hat, ist der Chef trotz großer Wegedistanz gekommen und hat in Absprache mit dem Stromlieferanten( zu hohe Netzspannung) den Kurzschluss perfekt behoben . Aufgrund der hohen Professionalität, dem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, der Menschlichkeit und Herzlichkeit, werde ich ein Verbesserungsprojekt meiner Strom -Anlage der Firma Selman übertragen ! Überaus empfehlenswert, sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Service! Jederzeit wieder! W	Wolfgang Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe schon seit längerer Zeit ein Problem mit der Satelliten-Anlage in unserem Haus in der Steyrergasse in Graz. Nach der Meldung an die Hausverwaltung kam Hr. Selman sehr schnell vorbei und hat sich diese Störung bei mir angesehen. Da dies ein komplexes Problem in diesem großen Haus mit mehr als 60 Parteien war, kam er ein paar Tage später wieder vorbei und ging dem Fehler weiter nach. Zunächst wurde das LNB Teil beim Satellitenschirm ausgetauscht, das dieses beschädigt war. Dann stellte sich beim weiteren Test heraus, dass damit das Problem noch immer nicht behoben war. Hr. Selman kam gestern Abend (07.01.2022) nach einem Anruf spontan vorbei und kümmerte sich professionell um die weitere Behebung der Störung. Nach einigen Messungen bei meinen SAT-Dosen stellte sich heraus, dass ein Verstärker für die SAT-Anlage zu meiner Wohnung defekt sein muss. Das Problem war, dass manchmal der Empfang sehr gut, dann wieder sehr schlecht war und es immer wieder zu Empfangsausfällen kam. Die Firma Selman kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen, sehr kompetent und lösungsorientiert ! I have had a problem with the satellite system in our house on Steyrergasse in Graz for a long time. The problem was that sometimes the reception was very good, then again very bad and there were repeated failures. I can only recommend Selman, very competent and solution-oriented!

Es wurde der Telefonkontakt sofort hergestellt und 20 Minuten später war schon ein sehr kompetenter Installateur bei mir. Der Fehler war schnell gefunden( FI defekt). Die Ursache dafür wurde auch schnell erkannt. FI getauscht und wir hatten wieder Strom. Herzlichen Dank an den sehr netten Elektriker. Herr Selman hob gleich ab und wir grenzten die Problematik ein. Konnte schließlich den batteriebetriebenen Wecker in meiner Reisetasche eruieren und die Batterie rausnehmen. Problem gelöst. Sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert! Suddenly I had a high-pitched continuous whistling tone in the living room.
