Verkauften für meinen Drucker nicht mehr wie früher kompatible Patronen, sondern nur die Originalpatronen ohne Ablaufkennzeichnung, mit denen der Drucker dennoch nicht startete, so dass mir ein neuer Drucker empfohlen wurde. Tatsächlich stellten sich die Patronen nach schwieriger Recherche als abgelaufen heraus. Verkauf von Patronen mit Ablaufkennzeichnung ist angeblich nicht möglich. Nach mehreren Umtauschversuchen erhielt ich endlich nicht abgelaufene Patronen, mit denen der Drucker einwandfrei funktioniert. Can't recommend the business after taking over last year. No longer sold compatible cartridges for my printer as before, but only the original cartridges without expiration labels, with which the printer still did not start, so I was recommended a new printer. In fact, after difficult research, the cartridges turned out to be expired. The sale of cartridges with expiration labels is allegedly not possible. After several exchange attempts, I finally received cartridges that had not expired and with which the printer worked properly.

Die hatten sie nicht vorrätig und meinten: ach wir haben aber eine Alternative. Ist das gleiche. 1:1. da ich schnell eine Patrone brauchte und ich keine Alternative hatte, habe ich mich drauf eingelassen. Patrone nicht funktioniert. Wiedergekommen wollte mein Geld zurück und habe eine Ersatz zum Probieren bekommen. Natürlich auch nicht funktioniert. Wollte darauf hin eine Originalpatrone, die bestellt werden musste. Dachte ich supporte den lokalen Laden, obwohl es die natürlich im Internet günstiger gibt. Jetzt sind 2 Monate vergangen. Habe weder eine funktionierende Patrone, noch mein Geld. Vor Ort zu normalen Öffnungszeiten kann mir nicht geholfen werden, weil der Chef nicht da sei, obwohl sie noch 2 min vorher ihn telefonisch gefragt hatte, ob es die Patrone gibt. Unfassbar, dass es sowas in Wien gibt. Attention rip off! The one star is definitely too much. The store must be reported sooner. I wanted a normal, original printer cartridge. I cannot be helped on site during normal opening hours because the boss was not there, although she had asked him by phone two minutes beforehand whether the cartridge was available. Unbelievable that there is something like that in Vienna.

Wo der nächste sei? 200 m weiter. Wo genau? Das wisse er nicht. Ich stand also mit Riesenpaket im Arm und musste am Handy nachschauen, wo der nächste ist - er wisse es ja leider nicht. Schließlich wurde ich einfach hinauskomplementiert, immer noch ohne zu wissen, wohin jetzt mit meinem Paket. Die nächste Druckerpatronen kaufe ich bestimmt wo anders. Kundenservice sieht ANDERS aus I wanted to hand in a Hermes package because it was on the list of Hermes shops. Was rejected - no Hermes shop for 2 weeks. Where is the next one? 200 m further. Where exactly? He doesn't know that. So I was standing with a huge package in my arms and had to look on my cell phone to see where the next one was - unfortunately he didn't know. In the end I was simply complemented out, still without knowing what to do with my package. I will definitely buy the next printer cartridges somewhere else. Customer service looks DIFFERENT
A	Alessia Businaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe selten so einen unangenehmen Verkäufer erlebt - nach dem wir Ihn gesagt hatten dass wir erstmal nur ein kurze Beratung brauchen, öffnet er selbstständig eine neue Patrone ohne zu wissen was wir genau brauchten und gibt dann uns die Schuld dafür als sich herausstellt dass es nicht das richtige ist. Draußen steht “refill” verkauft aber nur neue Patronen - BTW. absolut verauchtes Lokal I have seldom experienced such an unpleasant salesman - after we told him that we only need a quick consultation, he opens a new cartridge on his own without knowing exactly what we need and then blames us when it turns out that it is not is the right one. It says "refill" outside but only sells new cartridges - BTW. absolutely smoky place
