★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gestern mit meinem Bosch Akku 2in1 sauger dort. Der Handsauger lies sich nicht mehr runter nehmen. Somit konnte ich nicht mehr entleeren. Der Herr an der Annahme im Geschäft, hat ihn nur "Kurz" betrachtet und mir gleich mal gesagt, dass man da einen Kostenvoranschlag machen muss und der kostet 36€ und wer weiß gibt es den Schalter noch und dann müsste man bestellen usw. Ich ging wo anders hin. Der Staubsauger wurde aufgeschraubt, das Teil geölt und kostete ein Kaffegeld. Tja "Zac" so schnell kann man Kunden verlieren. Kundenservice und kundenorientiertes arbeiten sieht anders aus. Das ist Abzocke in meinen Augen.
Was there yesterday with my Bosch battery 2in1 sucker there. The handheld vacuum cleaner was not down anymore. Thus, I could not empty more. The gentleman on the assumption in the shop, has only considered it "short" and told me the same time that you have to make a cost estimate and the costs 36 € and who knows there is the switch yet and then you would have to order, etc. I left elsewhere. The vacuum cleaner was screwed on, the part oiled and cost a coffee money. Well "Zac" so fast you can lose customers. Customer service and customer-oriented work looks different. This is rip-off in my eyes.
