★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kauft bei ihm kein Handy!!! Hab mir ein iPhone X gekauft nach 2 Tagen war es schon defekt, dann kommt noch die Aussage weil man es zurück geben möchte das es zuerst repariert werden muss. Und wie soll man sich früh genug melden wenn er meistens geschlossen trotz Öffnungszeiten .Unzuverlässig und zu Inkompetent!!! 0 Sterne... NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!!!
Don't buy a cell phone from him! I bought an iPhone X after 2 days it was already defective, then comes the statement because you want to give it back that it has to be repaired first. And how should you report early enough when it is mostly closed despite opening times. Unreliable and incompetent! 0 stars ... NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!

Das Problem wurde rasch behoben und der Service war hervorragend.
Had a defective charging socket on my tablet.
The problem was resolved quickly and the service was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öffnungszeiten täglich von 10-18 Uhr, man sollte aber vorher anrufen um einen Termin auszumachen? Wo gibt's denn bitte sowas? Ist doch keine Arztpraxis?
Hier bekommst du alles... falsche Displays, viel zu teure Angebote und unfreundliche Geschäftsabwicklungen.
Auch wenn es weiter ist, für 100€ weniger und freundliche Bedienung fahre ich sehr gerne nach Graz, wo der Kunde noch etwas wert ist.
Opening times daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., but should you call in advance to make an appointment? Where can you get that? It's not a doctor's office?
Here you can get everything ... fake displays, far too expensive offers and unfriendly business transactions.
Even if it is further, for 100 € less and with friendly service, I am very happy to go to Graz, where the customer is still worth something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Kundenservice. Super Arbeit. Das Display meines IPhones ging leider kaputt. Da ich auf der Arbeit war konnte ich nicht zu den Shop…. Es wurde ohne zu zögern abgeholt und völlig Repariert wieder nach einer halben Stunde gebracht! So einen Kundenservice bekommt man nirgends mehr. Ein großes Lob an den Besitzer. Freundlich und kompetent.
Great customer service. Great work. The display of my iPhone was unfortunately broken. Since I was at work I couldn't go to the shop…. It was picked up without hesitation and brought back completely repaired after half an hour! You don't get such customer service anywhere anymore. Kudos to the owner. Friendly and competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Laden wird von einem extrem arroganten und unfreundlichen Typen betrieben, wie ich noch keinen erlebt habe. Für Fragen hat er sowieso keine Zeit, nur um schnell überteuerte Ware anzubieten, dafür schon. Anscheinend haben schon mehrere diese Erfahrung gemacht, jedenfalls ging es Bekannten auch so. Sicher nie wieder!
The shop is run by an extremely arrogant and rude guy, the likes of which I have never encountered. He has no time for questions anyway, just to offer overpriced goods quickly, but for that. Apparently, several have already had this experience, at least it was the same for acquaintances. Certainly never again!
