Während der Erstberatung in einem schon bestehendem Verfahren, hat er soviel darüber gelacht wie weit die gegnerische Partei geht, dass er offensichtlich meinen Ausführungen im Detail nicht mehr zugehört hat. Dies führt dazu, dass wir uns nicht einmal einig sind, was wir miteinander besprochen haben und Herr Dr. Jesch in meiner Abwesenheit einen Vergleich geschlossen hat der unserer Erstbesprechung diametral entgegen steht. Mündlich gemachte Einlassungen seinerseits über die letzte den Sachverhalt bezügliche Rechtsprechung hat er auch nicht weiterverfolgt und zum Schluss mir auch noch ein Ultimatum gestellt eine Aussage zu treffen, die ich zuvor bereits per Email ihm gesandt hatte. Selbstverständlich wird der Inhaber auf diesen Kommentar mit einer Gegendarstellung antworten, aber dies ist die Erfahrung die ich persönlich gemacht habe und deshalb auch als subjektive Bewertung nicht relativierbar. During the initial consultation in an already existing procedure, he laughed so much about how far the opposing party went that he obviously stopped listening to my explanations in detail. This leads to us not even agreeing on what we discussed with each other and Dr. Jesch made a settlement in my absence that is diametrically opposed to our first meeting. He also did not follow up oral statements he had made about the latest case law relating to the facts of the case and finally gave me an ultimatum to make a statement that I had previously emailed to him. Of course, the owner will respond to this comment with a counter-statement, but this is my personal experience and therefore cannot be put into perspective as a subjective evaluation.
