Hab selten jemanden erlebt, der die Dinge so schnell erledigt bzw. falls er mal nicht sofort erreichbar sein sollte immer zurück ruft... wirklich IMMER, das ist echt TOP! Da können sich einige Firmen im Service was abschauen... Die Kanzlei ist nicht groß, also da arbeiten nicht noch gefühlte 1.000 andere Anwälte im selben Büro wie bei manchen Groß-Kanzleien... und genau das ist der Grund warum ich mich für ihn entschieden habe. Als Klient ist man nicht nur eine Nummer und einer von vielen sondern wird wirklich persönlich und individuell beraten. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass ich die Kanzlei beim ersten Termin nicht gleich gefunden habe, weil das Navi die Straße irgendwie falsch angezeigt hat :) Im Gesamten betrachtet menschlich als auch fachlich absolut empfehlenswert! My personal experience with Dr. med. Hauptmann: His accessibility and reaction time to questions and concerns is truly unbelievable. Have rarely experienced someone who does things so quickly or if he should not be immediately available always calls back ... really ALWAYS, that's really great! Since some companies can look in the service what ... The law firm is not big, so there are not as many as 1,000 other lawyers working in the same office as some big law firms ... and that's why I chose it. As a client you are not just a number and one of many, but you are really personally and individually advised. The only point of criticism is that I did not find the office at the first appointment right away, because the Navi has somehow displayed the street wrongly :) In the whole considered human as well as technically absolutely recommendable!

Bei anderen Kanzleien musste ich ewig auf eine Antwort warten. Hier geht alles sehr schnell! Meine Anliegen wurden immer ernst genommen und mir wurde alles genauestens erklärt. Diese Kanzlei ist sehr zu empfehlen! I was given very competent advice. Herr Hauptmann always takes care of all matters in the shortest possible time. At other law firms I had to wait forever for an answer. Everything goes very quickly here! My concerns were always taken seriously and everything was explained to me in great detail. This law firm is highly recommended!
