Dank eines Anwalts sind wir dann glücklicherweise zu unserem Recht gekommen. Wer bei diesem Verein mietet sollte sich 3 Monate vor Auszug um eine Rechtsschutzversicherung für Mietrecht bemühen. Das spart Nerven und Geld! Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt wo Strom und Gaszähler sind, da haben uns freundlicherweise andere Mieter im Hause weitergeholfen. Unsere emails wurden größtenteils ignoriert und falls man doch per Telefon nach Hilfe fragt, ist die Beratung äußerst unfreundlich. Zudem hat man uns Monate lang für sich zahlen lassen die garnicht funktioniert haben und als wir Sie darauf hingewiesen haben, selbes spiel. Ignorieren unserer emails bis man das Problem per Telefon endlich lösen konnte. Als Quittung dafür, haben wir anschließend eine Mieterhöhung bekommen. Äußerst schade dieses Verhalten, da wir unsere Miete immer überpünktlich zahlen und uns auch sonst nichts zuschulden kommen lassen. Zum Glück konnten wir uns das leisten, mir tun nur die Leute im Haus leid, die aufgrund Ihrer mangelnden Deutsch Kenntnisse schamlos ausgenutzt werden und Ihre Recht nicht kennen. Als Eigentümer würde ich Ihnen empfehlen, sich eine andere Hausverwaltung zu suchen, damit Ihr Haus professionell verwaltet wird.
