Zum Teil unfreundliches und nicht emphatisches Empfangspersonal, chaotische Buchhaltung (es wurden mehrfach falsche Rechnungen rausgeschickt), eine 0815-Behandlung mit teurer Diagnostik, die nachweislich nichts gebracht hat…. Am Ende wurde uns gesagt, wir sollten es sein lassen. Haben zum Glück zu einer anderen Klinik in Wien gewechselt und es hat geklappt. Die extrem sympathische und fähige Betreuung der anderen Klinik war eine Klasse für sich. Unfortunately, we are not convinced of the treatment of this clinic. Partly unfriendly and not emphatic reception staff, chaotic bookkeeping (wrong invoices were sent out several times), a run-of-the-mill treatment with expensive diagnostics, which demonstrably brought nothing.... In the end we were told to let it go. Luckily we switched to another clinic in Vienna and it worked. The extremely sympathetic and capable care of the other clinic was in a class of its own.

V	Volodia Kotylo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to thank everybody here in the clinic for the successful IVF, pregnancy and sweet result ;) - Christian Gosch, Anesthesiologist, for ideal anesthesia and 30 minutes recovery afterwards without any pain - Dijana Hadžiomerovic-Pekic for making the perfect and quick (5 minutes!) retrieval of follicles - Dr. Heinz Strohmer for first Ultrasound - Gudrun Langer for transfer and second Ultrasound - Béatrice Danninger for pushing us not to wait 5 more years and just do it. You are awesome, and we're happy to have a dream come true and to stop living in depression for all the years and tries we've wasted. Thanks again!
V	Veronica Tarsoaga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful team, wonderful clinic, an amazing Prof Heinz Strohmer always smiling and being positiv. At that time (end of 2011) we traveled from Romania to Wien, to make our dream come true - it was worth every single effort. It was breathtaking, 36 y.o for me - first try and a big succes: 2 embryos transferred in the day 3 and...twins. I rememeberd that during the embryo transfer, Prof Strohmer was again full of smiles and encouragements and he said I will have twins. Well, he was right! I am forever gratetful to him, to his embriologysts and entire team. Somehow, this pregnancy...saved me.

I could not have dreamed of a better partner to accompany us. Top level service, top doctors, outstanding patient care, modern clinic... and a smile everytime on everyone's face !
