Ich mag wie Klaus über Weine spricht, da spüre ich, dass er seine Auswahl wirklich gerne hat. Aber auch die Weine für sich sind bestens ausgewählt, sie haben immer einen starken Charakter, haben meist wunderbare Etiketten (da merkt man dann doch, dass Klaus Architekt ist), viele sind biologisch angebaut und von Klaus selbst importiert. Ausserdem gibt noch weitere Köstlichkeiten, die Klaus sehr bewusst auswählt. Insgesamt ein super Anlass, am Freitag oder Samstag nach Mattsee zu fahren. The phylloxera is my favorite wine shop, not only because Klaus and I are close friends. I like the way Klaus talks about wines, because I can feel that he really likes his selection. But the wines themselves are well selected, they always have a strong character, usually have wonderful labels (you can tell that Klaus is an architect), many are organically grown and imported by Klaus himself. There are also other delicacies that Klaus carefully selects. All in all a great reason to go to Mattsee on Friday or Saturday.
