★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe eine Wohnung gemietet, die von Herrn Ofner verwaltet wird. Nach einem Monat war sie bereits schimmelig. Ein Sachverständiger hat sich die Situation angesehen und befunden, dass die Wohnung nass ist. Von Herrn Ofner und meinem Vermieter kamen nur Schuldzuweisungen an mich, obwohl ich das Gutachten hatte. Im Endeffekt wollte man mir den Schimmel mit Chlor abwischen und mich weiterhin dort wohnen lassen, ich bin dann ausgezogen. Diese HV ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!
Auch mit einfachsten Rückfragen oder Kritik kommt Herr Ofner nicht zurecht und wird beleidigend.
I rented an apartment that is managed by Mr. Ofner. After a month it was already moldy. An expert looked at the situation and found the apartment to be wet. Mr. Ofner and my landlord only pointed the blame to me, even though I had the report. In the end, they wanted to wipe my mold with chlorine and let me continue to live there, so I moved out. This AGM is definitely not to be recommended!
Even with the simplest queries or criticism, Mr. Ofner cannot cope and becomes insulting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach telefonischer Interesse an einer Mietwohnung wurde Herr Ofner sehr unangenehm, beleidigend und herab lassend. Nicht sehr professionell!!!
After a telephone interest in renting an apartment, Mr. Ofner became very uncomfortable, insulting and condescending. Not very professional !!!
