Die Makler sind sehr professionell und selbst als ich Schwierigkeiten mit einer Maklerin hatte (erschien nicht zum vereinbarten Termin und war auch unerreichbar), kümmerte sich sofort eine Kollegin um mein Anliegen und übernahm die Besichtigung. Mit der Übernahme von Fr. Kleebinder war ich sehr glücklich, sie ist irrsinnig freundlich und kompetent und verhalf mir zu meinem neuen Traum Zuhause. Alles in allem eine schnell Abwicklung, freundliche Betreuung und kompetente Umsetzung, sehr weiterzuempfehlen! So I can only give my highest praise to Immo Central, from the very first contact with the housing agency to the end - I have been very satisfied. The brokers are very professional and even when I had difficulties with a broker (did not show up on the agreed date and was also unavailable), a colleague immediately took care of my request and took over the inspection. I was very happy with the takeover of Ms. Kleebinder, she is incredibly friendly and competent and helped me to find my new dream home. All in all, quick processing, friendly support and competent implementation, very recommendable!

Als wir uns dann doch für eine andere Stadt entschieden haben, bekamen wir direkt Wohnungsvorschläge von Frau Kleebinder zugeschickt und haben letztendlich mit ihr unsere neue Mietwohnung gefunden. Sie war äußerst flexibel was die Terminvereinbarung anging, stets telefonisch erreichbar, unkompliziert und einfach eine sehr sympatische Frau! Wir wurden wirklich toll und vor allem umfassend beraten und können Frau Kleebinder als Maklerin nur herzlich empfehlen! Besonders Frau Kleebinder und Herr Abdel-Asis sind sehr zu empfehlen. J	Joanna Palm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich keinen Stern vergeben könnte, wäre das die einzig passende Bewertung für die absolute bodenlose Frechheit die wir durch Laurentius Ion erfahren haben. Dieser Makler der pro Seite (Käufer und Verkäufer) 3,6% Provision erhält aber nur in seinem eigenen Interesse handelt, sich maximal 15 Minuten für eine Besichtigung Zeit nimmt und den Verkäufern nicht alle und zudem falsche Informationen weitergibt hat es nicht verdient weiterhin in diesem Beruf tätig zu sein. Wir hatten ein Haus besichtigt, haben ein Kaufangebot (mit dem vollen Kaufpreis) abgegeben und wären auch bereit gewesen mehr zu zahlen falls ein höheres Angebot eingeht. Die mündliche Zusage hatten wir durch unseren Finanzierungsexperten, der den Verkäufer sehr gut kennt. Laurentius Ion nutzte die Situation schamlos aus und brachte das höchste Anbot zu Tisch und behauptete, dass wir nicht mehr zahlen wollen. Zu dem nutze er die Sprachbarriere des Verkäufers aus, da dieser rumänischer Abstammung ist und nur gebrochen Deutsch spricht. Also: Wenn sie Ihr Geld aus dem Fenster schmeissen wollen und dazu noch komplett betrogen werden wollen, dann sind sie bei diesem präpotentem Typen genau richtig. If I couldn't give a star, that would be the only appropriate rating for the absolute bottomless cheek that we experienced through Laurentius Ion. This broker who receives 3.6% commission per side (buyer and seller) but only acts in his own interest, takes a maximum of 15 minutes for a visit and does not pass on all the wrong information to the seller and does not deserve it to continue in this to be employed. We had viewed a house, made an offer to buy it (at full price) and would have been willing to pay more if a higher offer came in. We had the verbal commitment from our financing expert, who knows the seller very well. Laurentius Ion shamelessly took advantage of the situation and brought the highest offer to the table, claiming that we didn't want to pay more. He also takes advantage of the seller's language barrier, since he is of Romanian descent and only speaks broken German. So: If you want to throw your money out of the window and also want to be completely cheated, then you have come to the right place with this prepotent guy.
