N	Nomen Nescio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieses Immobilienbüro ist absolut inkompetent, ungenau und unvorbereitet. Man wird vom Inhaber nur betreut, damit er an seine Provision kommt! Teilweise wurden mit mir getroffene Absprachen/Vereinbarungen (den Hausverkauf betreffend) komplett gegen meinen Willen abgeändert, da ein Gespräch mit dem Mitbesitzer anscheinend eine Amnesie ausgelöst hat und die Wünsche von diesem respektiert wurden - ich wurde darüber nur beiläufig informiert. Wenn es um Terminabsprachen ging, wurde ich (als letzte) zwar informiert, aber eigentlich waren es Tatsachen, die mir mitgeteilt wurden. Als ein Käufer gefunden war, war das Interesse, das Objekt eventuell noch zu einem besseren Preis zu verkaufen, gleich null! Die Abwicklung des (Ver-)kaufes erfolgte über einen Rechtsanwalt und über ein Treuhandkonto; dies war dem Immobilienbüro aber nicht wirklich recht, weil man hier ja doch "sehr lange" auf die Provision warten muß; daher die Frage bei der Vertragsunterzeichnung vor versammelter Runde an den Rechtsanwalt: "Kann man die Provision nicht schon im Vorfeld vom Treuhandkonto überweisen?" Leider muß ich zumindest einen Stern auswählen.... HÄNDE WEG von diesem Immobilienbüro!!! This real estate agency is absolutely incompetent, inaccurate and unprepared. One is only cared for by the owner, so that he comes to his commission! In part, agreements / arrangements made with me (regarding the sale of the house) were completely changed against my will, as a conversation with the co-owner apparently caused amnesia and the wishes were respected by him - I was informed about it only casually. When it came to appointments, I was informed (as the last), but actually it was facts that were communicated to me. When a buyer was found, the interest in possibly selling the item for a better price was zero! The (sales) transaction was handled by a lawyer and via a trust account; This was the real estate office but not really right, because you have to wait here for "a very long time" on the commission; Therefore, the question at the signing of the contract before the round to the lawyer: "Can not the commission already in advance of the escrow account transferred?" Unfortunately I have to choose at least one star .... HANDS OFF of this real estate agency !!!
p	peter pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arbeite bereits jahrelang mit Herrn Stern zusammen.Ist immer stehts zuverlässig. Habe 16 Wohneinheiten( 9 Zimmer und 7 Wohnungen) wurden zum Großteil alle durch Remax Vital vermittelt. Herr Stern weiß genau was ich für ein Klientel ich hier aufnehme und welches nicht. Vor einem Monat hat er meinen Baugrund verkauft(zum Höchstpreis) Ich von meiner Seite kann nur gutes berichten. I have been working with Mr. Stern for years and is always reliable. I have 16 residential units (9 rooms and 7 apartments) were mostly all mediated by Remax Vital. Mr. Stern knows exactly what kind of clientele I am accepting and which are not. A month ago he sold my building site (for the maximum price). From my side, I can only report good things.

Daraufhin wurde uns ein Expose geschickt und ein Termin für Übermorgen Nachmittag gemacht. Soweit sogut. So jetzt wollten wir nach der Adresse fragen, damit wir dort auch hinfinden. Daraufhin wurde uns von Herrn Stern erklärt, dass wir ins Büro kommen sollen, weil er hätte auch andere Immobilien. Hmmm...das war aber nicht die Frage. Wenn ich einen Termin für eine Immobilie habe, und alles ausgefüllt und gesendet habe, sollte man mir auch die Adresse verraten. Herr Stern war auch nicht wirklich daran interessiert uns zu helfen und hat uns eigentlich nur angemotzt. Also von Kundenfreundlichkeit keine Spur. Ich werde das ganze jetzt an Akte X weitergeben und wenn die die Adresse rausgefunden haben, kann ich den Besichtigungstermin dann auch wahrnehmen.... We called about a property and also filled out this request form. Then an expose was sent to us and an appointment was made for the afternoon the day after tomorrow. So far so good. So now we wanted to ask for the address so that we can get there. Then Mr. Stern told us that we should come to the office because he also had other properties. Hmmm ... that wasn't the question. When I have an appointment for a property and have filled out and sent everything, I should also be given the address. Mr. Stern wasn't really interested in helping us either and actually only poked at us. So no trace of customer friendliness. I will now pass the whole thing on to the X-Files and when they have found out the address, I can then take the viewing appointment ...

I found a property through him on fair terms and can only report the best about handling, offers and service.
