Offenbar hat diese Firma zu viel zu tun als um sich um neue Kundschaft zu kümmern. After asking three times and asking for an appointment, I gave up. No feedback, only excuses from the secretariat. Apparently, this company has too much to do as to take care of new customers.

Diese Firma hat den Dachstuhl, das Dach und auch den Trockenbau gefertigt Seit Anfang Juni 2021 habe ich nach einem Regen schwarze Flecken im Trockenbau (ebenfalls durch diese Firma durchgeführt) bemerkt. Nach meheren Emails und Anrufen wurde ich nur vertröstet und es wurde mir versichert, dass jemand vorbeikommt und sich das nur einmal anschaut. Ich warte noch immer...keine Rückmeldung..nichts... Since the beginning of June 2021, I have noticed black spots in the drywall (also carried out by this company) after a rain. After several emails and phone calls, I was just put off and assured that someone would come by and only look at it once. I'm still waiting ... no response ... nothing ...

Erhöht den Preis um satte 20.000 Euro und sagt:"Sie müssen mir den Auftrag nicht geben" pff. Ich habe bereits eine gestempelte Auftragsbestätigung von der Firma. Lt Rambacher muss ich eine gestempelte Auftragsbestätigung unterzeichnen und retour schicken, obwohl ich vorher den Auftrag unterzeichnet habe. Da läuft sehr viel schief in dieser Firma!! Stay away from this company! Despite the order confirmation, the company refuses to keep the price! Increases the price by a whopping 20,000 euros and says: "You don't have to give me the order" pff. I already have a stamped order confirmation from the company. According to Rambacher, I have to sign a stamped order confirmation and send it back, even though I signed the order beforehand. A lot is going wrong in this company!
