Vielleicht nicht die schnellsten, aber das Endergebnis passte! Good company, clean and accurate. My roof was covered by Hums 2019, a small leak in the chimney surround was repaired quickly and at no additional cost. Maybe not the fastest, but the end result was good!

L	Lilli K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Der Chef persönlich hat sich bei uns gemeldet und war heute bei uns zu einem Erstgespräch. Der Termin wurde pünktlich eingehalten, das Gespräch verlief bestens. Auftrag wurde erteilt. Haben am 20.07. 2021 telefonisch wegen einer Taubenabwehr bei einem Einfamilienhaus angefragt. Geschätzte Arbeitszeit: max. 2 - 3 Stunden. Eine sehr "kompetente und kundenorientierte" Mitarbeiterin hat meinem Mann erklärt, dass sie nicht wüsste, wann jemand kommen könne sich das anzusehen. Sie haben jetzt Betriebsurlaub, danach ist der Termikalender voll vielleicht im Oktober, November? Ja, wenn es schneit, dann können sie die Taubenabwehr auch nicht montieren. Sie stellte die Frage, ob es denn überhaupt sinnvoll wäre jemanden für eine Besichtigung zu schicken, wenn wir doch die Taubenabwehr so rasch wie möglich benötigen. Und wegen der langen Wartezeit hat sie noch gemeint: "Bei einem guten Arzt müssen Sie auch Monate warten, bis Sie einen Termin bekommen." Schade, solche Mitarbeiter kosten der Firma viel Geld. Wären nämlich ernsthaft an einem Folgegeschäft (neue Volldeckung) im mittleren fünfstelligen Bereich interessiert gewesen. Jetzt bekommt den Auftrag eine andere Firma. Denn die Firma Hums macht offensichtlich schon zu viel Geschäft. Fazit: FÜR PRIVATE NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Diese Firma ist offenbar nur noch an gewerblichen Großaufträgen interessiert. Update: The boss contacted us personally and was with us today for an initial meeting. The appointment was kept on time, the conversation went very well. Order was placed. Have on 07/20 In 2021 I called a single-family home about a pigeon defense. Estimated working time: max. 2 - 3 hours. A very "competent and customer-oriented" employee explained to my husband that she did not know when someone could come to see it. You now have company vacation, after that the calendar is full, maybe in October or November? Yes, when it snows, you cannot mount the pigeon defense either. She asked whether it would make sense at all to send someone for an inspection when we need the pigeon defense as soon as possible. And because of the long waiting time, she said: "With a good doctor, you have to wait months before you get an appointment." It's a shame, such employees cost the company a lot of money. Would have been seriously interested in a follow-up business (new full coverage) in the mid five-digit range. Another company is now getting the job. Because the Hums company is obviously already doing too much business. Conclusion: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PRIVATE! This company is apparently only interested in large commercial orders.
