Übungen sehr gut erklärt und nachvollziehbar. The coaches are trying hard to offer good gymnastics in a friendly friendly environment so that an entry for everyone is possible again and again. Exercises very well explained and understandable.

Ich fühle mich hier wohl und sehr gut betreut! Very personable studio with really competent trainers and a family atmosphere. I like to pay a bit more than with the big cheap chains. I feel comfortable here and very well looked after!

Sind immer zur Stelle wenn man was braucht. Die Gruppenfitness Einheiten sind super toll und egal zu welcher Uhrzeit es ist immer was dabei. Das Studio kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!!!!!! Very great and familiar fitness studio. I feel very well. The trainers and the boss Andres Rainer are very competent and very friendly. Are always on hand when you need something. The group fitness units are super great and no matter what time there is always something. I can highly recommend the studio !!!!!!!!
